Register for 2021 "Later Gator" Grinder Triathlon-August 14th
Please note: due to the pandemic our registration policy is as follows - The August “Later Gator” will be available at a discounted rate of $50 until July 9th. Price will increase to $75 July 10th. No relay teams will be offered this go around, sorry, but we need to control the number of people gathered that day. Once registered, you will have until July 31 to request a full refund (minus the processing fee charged by the registration company). After July 31 no refunds or deferments will be granted. If the race is cancelled, any registrations left after July 31 will be considered donations and donation receipts will be available upon request. We don’t want this to sound harsh but our experience with the 2020 race made it very difficult to keep things financially balanced. The Canby swim club is a very small non-profit organization run by wonderful parents just wanting kiddos to be able to swim.
Swim |
500-yard (20 lengths, 10 laps) pool swim in a 6-lane, 25-yard pool, with up to 4 swimmers per lane. There will be volunteer lap counters. Drafting is permitted. The swim will be seeded by the 500-yard swim time participants submit with the entry form. Heat assignments will be e-mailed by the Monday prior to the race. The first heat will be in the water at 7:30 a.m. Check in at least one hour before your start. |
Bike | The one-loop 12-mile bike course is over the beautiful rolling country roads that surround Canby. A bike helmet is mandatory. Drafting is not legal. Volunteers will manage traffic at intersections, but roads will be open to traffic and cyclists will be responsible for their own safety. |
Run |
The 3.1-mile run is mostly on roadways with about one-third on a paved walking trail. The course is flat and fast. Water will be available on the course. |
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE 2021 GATOR GRINDER TRIATHLON

The race typically sells out, but we also normally go deep in to the wait list. We do have a cancellation/waitlist policy, please read it carefully.
Online registration only. All race communication is done via e-mail. Once registered, you will receive periodic informational emails, and your start time, heat & lane assignment the Monday before the race. If you do not receive these emails, please check your junk or spam folders. NOTE: If you do not get a confirmation e-mail from enmotive.com after you have registered, your entry may not have gone through.
